Description

The Nire Valley Trail Companion has been developed by Zolk C Limited and Waterford County Council to support walkers visiting the beautiful Nire Valley. Available in both English and Irish, the app enhances the valley walking experience by using our AccuLoc IO software to automatically deliver engaging stories at a number of designated key points of interest. The stories focus on history, folklore, and the Nire Valley’s unique flora and fauna. Users can also listen to recordings of traditional Irish Folk songs, as well as browse a gallery of photographs. Our incredible inbuilt ViewCam functionality, uses augmented reality to allow users to scan the surrounding landscape for further points of interest. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
