Wie im Screenshot dargestellt, kann man sehr spezifische Anforderungen an den Thesaurus stellen – das geht weit über die Möglichkeiten von z.B. Apples Lexikon hinaus.

worthless

It didn’t work at all

it’s just OK

It’s just OK for me, looking for new update version

Great tool

Great app. For work, school or blooging. It really gives a wide variety of words you can use. I cannot beleive that such a good reference tool can be free. Even if it wouldnt be free it is a great tool. A must have for people who need to write any kind of document/paper, note, etc. Thank you.

An excellent tool for writers

I have been using Nisus Thesaurus for many years in my writing, copyediting, and translation gigs. It is as indespensible as any good dictionary and it speeds up my work a great deal.

Pretty limited...

This cant be your only thesaurus if youre interested in genuinely exploring the words behind a concept thats on the tip of your brain. A few common words have a nice range of suggestions, but it wasnt the kind of broad spectrum of esoteric associations implied in the picture for what Ive tried so far. Ex: "Critical = decisive, vital" … If either of those were helpful then its seriously unlikely that a thesaurus is going to make the difference in polishing up whatever it is youre writing. I wish I could be more specific, but I cant find the words. If only I had good thesaurus. :-/

Great!

This is a great app. I use it for my writing and it has come in useful in many ways. It tells me different options for the word, for instance, if I were to type in tape it would give me all of the different uses of the word and the definition. Like I said, this is a great app, and it has saved a few of my books from rejection. This is my new best friend. = D Thank you for this app. I cant believe its free.
