I bought my Nixplay two years ago.Everything was going smooth until recently the screen freezed suddenly.It couldn't load anymore.I contacted the customer support who told me to reset, but that didn't work either.I plugged in and out but no use.The managers refused to replace my frame because my warranty was over; besides. I live outside US.They said it is hardware issue maybe due to power surge. In short this frame turned a rubbish.If the hardware can't last long what is the use of it?
