The Assurance Notification Manager Direct (NM Direct) is a powerful, next-generation mobile recipient app used for critical communications with employees and other key stakeholders. The NM Direct app addresses many of the challenges that exist today with current communication channels and supports a new groundbreaking Audience Visibility capability, where you can know who is “on-net” and available to receive a message before the alert is sent.
This app also includes a variety of impressive interaction and collaboration tools; Express Messenger (a cost-effective SMS alternative that supports up to 2000 characters), Express Voice (fully integrated IP voice capabilities bypassing traditional telephone networks and saving costs for end users), LockBox (send and manage encrypted/user-credential-protected files to recipients who can access these documents even if their mobile device is off-net), and One-Click Connect (instant access to inbound message Boards, the IVR platform, and Sungard AS Customer Support). NM Direct provides easy and cost-effective critical communications, all at your fingertips.
Use of this app requires a current Assurance NM subscription with Assurance Software, Inc.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
