I normally dont write reviews but I felt this one was necessary. I have a busy schedule so I was happy when I discovered Northshore Connect because I didnt have to wait on the phone for anything. The app however is even better because its all organized and right there. Love this!

No appointment

I made an appointment with my primary care doctor for today, using this app. Get up this morning, check the app, no appointment. Log in on my laptop, appointment not there either. Now I have to either wait two more days or go to urgent care. Do not trust this app to schedule your appointment.
