Description

This application is provided by Notaires de France. It allows you to check housing prices in more than 36,000 French towns. Data are updated monthly and faithfully recreate the reality of the market. You have a quarterly, annual and 5-year evolution and housing prices index. The calculation tool told “Notaires costs” allows you to estimate the amount of taxes and other, that you must include in addition to the sale price. The distribution of those costs is suggested. Those data are provided for guidance and do not represent a contractual commitment. You can easily save your searches and your market prices simulations fees to your favorites. Before any real estate project, consult your notaire. More than 9,000 notaires are spread throughout the country. More information at www.notaires.fr

Lappli part dune bonne idée mais ne marche franchement pas. Après, le rapport aves les notaires, yen a pas. Et pour les quelques ignares qui racontent tout et nimporte quoi, un notaire ne touche qu1% de chaque vente. Le reste, ce sont des taxes. Quand tu sais la responsabilité quils ont et le boulot effectué, la vraie escroquerie dans une vente ne se situe pas vraiment à leur niveau.

Fonctionne plutôt bien, pour les grandes villes notamment. Mais pour ma petite bourgade de 20k habitants, elle savère complètement inutile. Bien dommage.
