Description
Notelus is an electronic notebook to help you record your experiments. You can use Notelus to record your experiments using notes, text, photos, and sound. You can also add materials from ChemSpider to your notebook if you create a ChemSpider ID.
Notelus can also help you to complete your experiment if you create a plan to describe your experiment. If you create a plan using a special XML format, you can create a new notebook that contains the steps that you need to follow in the experiment, and other useful information that you can use in your experiment such as a materials table, an equipment list, and your reaction scheme. You can import your plan into Notelus using email or from the Web.
When you have finished your experiment you can choose to export the notebook in a variety of formats. If you have a LabTrove account, you can export your notebook as a post to your LabTrove notebook. Alternatively you can export your notebook to your repository of choice using email.
