uses the progression of learning found in a Montessori classroom to expose
children to the countries of Oceania. Ideal for use in home-school environments,
Montessori classrooms and for parents who want to their children to experience
in-depth learning while having fun.
Colorful Countries
In this level children will use colors to identify the countries of Oceania, hear
correct pronunciations of the country names, and trace the outline of each
country.
Move the Countries
Children will use a map activity to build on the knowledge gained in level one.
This level includes child directed activities and also requires children to follow
oral instructions.
Explore the Countries
To further engage children, this level introduces the child to facts about each
country including: the significances of the countries’ flags, cultural and historical
facts about each country and animals native to each country.
