As a long time Mac user and small business owner, Id suffered through years of using the nearly worthless UPS website to do my UPS shipping. When I started using NRG is was a revelation. Not only did I get my own app for my OS (like Windows users), but in one fell swoop I bypassed them by getting easily the best UPS shipping app made for any platform. The attention to detail shown by the developers is amazing. Creating a shipment is very inutitive and couldnt be any more efficient or streamlined. And things that are a true chore with other UPS software, like creating a shipment with multiple packages, are perfectly implemented. Its quick, its pretty, its powerful, just like the Mac--we finally have UPS shipping software deserving of the platform.
