Description
Scan 2D barcodes printed on NSK bearing boxes to assess bearing authenticity and immediately access inspection reports.
The app also enables easier factory automation and IT-based plant management. CSV and PDF export of key information empowers customers to track usage history, improve product traceability, and even simplify bearing selection.
*Note: Only certain models of precision bearings are currently supported (Bearings with an “N” marked beside the 2D barcode on the box).
Features
1. Access key bearing data online
Access inspection report data for each individual bearing. Data typically includes a unique identification number, precise dimensions, runout, and more. The data can be exported in CSV and PDF formats, enabling plants to improve product traceability and implement automated, IT-based plant management.
2. Assess product authenticity
The app checks 2D barcodes against the NSK database, and provides information that can help determine if a product is genuine. The number of accesses from each unique 2D barcode is tracked and displayed, allowing customers to infer product authenticity.
3. Quicker and easier ordering
Scan an NSK 2D barcode to display the bearing number for quick and easy ordering from local distributors and sales offices.

5. Other services
