No support from unbound
I own the previous version of this app which was revised to provide better graphics (same content). Unbound is saying I have to repurchase the app if I want to benefit from the newer version or upgrade my nursing central app. Really?? Very disappointed with unbound medicine. I do not ecommend this purchase.
Product does not work
Product does not open and is not functional . Horrible horrible app. Make it right publisher, its not nice to mess with nurses !
Nice care plan app.
It cost $40 to get all of the content of this app, which is about the same as an actual care plan book. Just wish it had the rationales listed. Not a bad purchase, but is should be a bit cheaper given it doesnt include as much information as a book would.
Amazing app
Im in my 3rd semester in an ADN program and I really wish I bought this app sooner. The book is helpful but the app is even more convenient since you can just carry your phone with you in clinical and dont have to worry about losing your book or having to carry it around. I gave this app 4 stars because I wish there was some sort of categories for physical, psychosocial, and educational nursing diagnoses. But other than that its wonderful and I would strongly suggest purchasing this app! Hopefully the developers make those categories (:
