It ask for a access key?!?! But where is it?

Wonderful!

rachelatrandom · 14 years ago

For those asking how to get into the app, go to the NRC site through your hospital/institution (you may be able to access this from home - we use a program called Citrix for remote access) and scroll all the way down to the bottom where you should see a link about this app. The link will provide you with your access key. Its still FREE! If you dont see the link immediately on the main page, its somewhere because thats how I even knew there was an NRC app in the first place - they mention it on the web site :-) Good luck!

Key missing in email

JackieP18 · 13 years ago

Got the authentication key sent to me via email... Only there is no link or code where it says the key is supposed to be! Would love to use this app, but cant unless the glitch with the key in the email is fixed

Why make it impossible to use?

Kati,RN · 13 years ago

This app is impossible to use due to the difficulty of obtaining the access key. Even when I logged on from my hospitals site, it still said "access is denied from this institution". Stupid! So I deleted it and downloaded the Micromedex drug reference app which is excellent and immediately downloads and is useful. Why do you even need a ridiculous access key anyway? This app is not worth the trouble. Its a dead end. Dont bother!
