O NutriFácil é uma ferramenta de apoio aos estudantes e profissionais de Nutrição ou Educação Física, com o intuito de facilitar suas atividades práticas diárias.
O aplicativo fornece as seguintes opções:
- Perfil do Usuário;
- Cálculo do IMC, Peso Ideal e Circunferência da Cintura com seus respectivos valores de referência;
- Cálculo da Necessidade Energética (IOM e Harris Benedict);
- Cálculo da % Gordura Corporal (Jackson/ Pollock – 3 dobras; Jackson/ Pollock- 7 dobras; Petroski – 4 dobras, Durnin/ Womersley, Bioimpedância) com referências;
- Cálculo da % Desidratação com referências;
- Gráficos dos resultados.
