The Swis NutritionAvatar helps you to track and improve your diet with a virtual nutrition avatar which shows you your future health. Tracking via the food checklist is easy and quick. After each day, you will see how your intake of salt, sugar, alcohol, fruits and vegetables affects your future body.
This is a survey by the Auto-ID Labs of ETH Zurich. If you complete both questionnaires and track your diet 8 days!
