Slow and unresponsive. Steals whole contact lists off your device for their servers. So invasion of privacy is not an issue with this company. Clunky interface that needs a face lift. Not worth your time or effort to even get it to work properly.

Semi-functional

While I have many frustrations with the CRM itself, the app is particularly aggravating. 1) when you make a call from the app to a contact person when you hang up, the app immediately prompts you to log the call. Great! However, when I do the same for a company, no such luck. 2) When logging an activity, if I accidentally hit save too soon (say hitting phone call for a meeting and hitting save or not attaching the right person) there is no way to go back and change it from the app. 3) The updates to the lead section are a nice improvement, but mostly it lacks a lot of functionality.

App keeps crashing

I love how convenient it is to upload a business card, but it seems like everytime I try to upload multiple cards in a row, the app keeps crashing. Please fix this! We have lots of business cards to upload as we are just getting started. Otherwise, I love this app!

Best iPhone version of a CRM yet. Its easy to use. Its intuitive and keeps my data where I can find it quickly. I recommend nutshell.
