Quit making the mini crossword expire at arbitrary times!

Great idea, bad execution

Love the content but it has gotten so slow and choppy it is almost unusable. I am not sure what changed but it is not a change for the better. Adding- now the app is great but the content seems to be dumbed down, tons of celebrity crap

My favorite way to commute

Love this app and read the morning and evening update every day going to work and coming home as well as traveling and weekends. Great way to get interesting and/or key news. Easy to consume. Love!

No way to back out of videos that dont play

So in china, the app works, I can read the articles, but not watch the videos. When I tap to watch a video and streaming fails because Im in china, theres no way to go back. It just hangs on a black screen. Should implement some way to go back to the previous screen if the video does not play.

Misses the Mark

You can always find interesting stories in this app, but not always the story you went looking for. Following a link to a story, you may often find that it is no longer visible. And forget about looking at the pictures. They are so small on my iPhone I can barely tell what is in them, but there appears to be no way to enlarge them.

Used to be wonderful

I used to read this app every morning with breakfast. It provided a limited selection of New York Times content that anyone could access for free and without limit. Today, when I tried to read articles, I was told that I had already reached my limit of 10. You could easily hit that limit in one or two days. Unless youre a New York Times subscriber, this app will now be useless to you.
