In a nutshell the Optima-life App helps people who want to be energised, focused and purposeful in life both at and away from work.
Over the past ten years Optima-life, using a unique approach that combines data and coaching, has been helping people develop The Human Side of Performance.
A question we are often asked is ‘How can I access your ideas and information on a regular basis?’ and that was the starting point in creating an App that brings together a series of tools and insights that will help you interact with, and improve your energy, focus and purpose.
We anticipate the App will be a bit like one of your good friends; sometimes you will interact with them every day and then sometimes you may not see them for a little while. Ultimately, it will always be there when you need it.

In each section there are tools to:

· Educate
The App will help you:
· Personalise and track your approach to life
· Encourage you to explore how you can be ‘A bit better, a bit more often’
And it will be
· A catalyst for your sustained engagement with ‘The Human Side of Performance’
Additionally the App links to our Community Platform where you will be able to access further dashboards, information and offers.
