You can access your most critical sales information, such as accounts, contacts, calendar, tasks, opportunities, leads, notes, and interactions right on the iPhone or iPad. Additionally, you can synchronize Contacts & Events from Oracle Sales Cloud directly to your iPhone or iPad’s Contact & Calendar respectively. Note: The application requires separately licensing Oracle Sales Cloud Smartphone Edition to access CRM data from Oracle Sales Cloud.

This seems to have no menus for creating opp. and leads, nor way to update vital comments from the field. The most needed functions are missing. I do hope this is because of the poor implementation by our IT.

Good application. Please add date search filter to Opportunity view. For example: Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4, this FY, next FY. Thanks.

After several attempts and support calls to oracle I was able to successfully configure this to make it work.. UI is very nice and clean. And the best part is you can customize the screens from oracle composer. Ive configured many mobile apps for business applications. This will be one of the easiest to configure and deploy. If you are planning to deploy fusion CRM with mobile for your sales force, dont hesitate to call us..! *Deloitte*
