Application is fine. Order options are great. NOT WORTH IT!!! Go pick up your own food. Placed order nearly TWO HOURS AGO and still dont have food. Wish I could cancel!!!!!!!!!! Oh but you cant - No number to call for updates, just the tracker which keeps changing. Could have gone and got the food 2 times by now. Crazy. Save yourself the frustration and dont go through this app.

Coupon codes never work, crashes a lot. So much trouble

Cool concept....but who wants to send an email when your food hasnt showed up 1.5 hours later. FAIL!!!!
Long wait times
This app is a nice concept but the execution leaves much to be desired. At times it takes over an hour just for the order to be assigned a driver. When this happens, there are no updates or apologies for the wait. Other times, the app cannot track the food because the restaurant uses its own delivery people. This is fine, but its misleading when OrderUp takes your money and has no accountability for the delivery process. This service could be greatly improved with better communication and accountability when issues arise.
Great food and better service
I have never had an issue with order up! Great food and really great service! The fees are not bad at all! Remember someone is bringing food to your doorstep!!! Be kind and tip them or get carryout;)
Bad service
- Cant edit/cancel orders or even addresses even one second after ordering - Bad tracking system - No timely response from customer service
Awesome app!
They deliver a lot of great restaurants near me (Chipotle, Qdoba, etc.), and the app is easy to use.
