OurMeeting boosts decision-making in organisations. Our solution for paperless meeting consists of two parts: OurMeeting Member, the innovative meeting app and OurMeeting Management, the smart online dashboard for the admin office.
Meeting participants use OurMeeting Member to prepare and to annotate during the meeting. The admin office uses the OurMeeting dashboard to organize meetings and distribute agendas and documents to the participants’ meeting apps.
When you use OurMeeting Member, the most up-to-date agenda is always available to you. Create and share notes with the smart, built-in pdf reader. Your notes automatically migrate to any later versions of the agenda. Action items and decisions are easily and accurately assigned and completed. In this way everybody always knows what has been decided and what needs to be done.
