NO iOS 7 support yet!!!!!. Parking Enforcer UK Lite provides an easy means to monitor how long cars have been parked. The app uses on device ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) to automatically read a numberplate in an image taken with the camera. The plate is checked against a whitelist and a list of previously seen plates. This application is intended only for iPhone 4, 4S and 5. The Lite version will remember 300 plates (plates are deleted after 56 hrs), includes a 100 plate whitelist and will allow up to 100 web queries against a user defines URL each day. Telling who is freeloading in your car park has never been easier.
