Pass NCLEX-RN is designed to help you pass the NCLEX-RN Foundation exam on your first attempt. This application provides you with up to 500 questions to prepare you for the big day complete with full explanations and textbook references. You will find a number of different methods to make sure you can pass the first time: * Study Mode: Use this mode to go through each question methodically, thinking about your answers and learning which answers are correct. Summaries are also available providing a complete explanation of the answer and a textbook reference for further reading. * Exam Mode: Check how prepared you are. Go through a real mock exam where the application will choose questions at random and begin the countdown timer. * Knowledge Areas: Found a Knowledge Area that needs improving? Thats fine, this application allows you to focus on questions from a specific Knowledge Area. Other features include: * Stress Test - Can you answer the questions under pressure? * Previous Results - See the results for previous exams so you can see how youre improving. * Results Summary - At the end of each exam youre given an overview of how you did. Its not worth downloading! No rationale ! I have to pay for it! Boo!!! And some of the answers are totally wrong!!

As a graduate nurse studying for my NCLEX, I find this app to be a complete and utter waste.of.time..... There are grammar/spelling mistakes, incorrect answers, poor wording on almost every question. One question was even geared toward a patient with a unilateral disability but didnt tell which side was disabled in the question! If the app is free, rationales should be free, though I imagine there are no good rationales - sketchy, at that, based on what Ive seen thus far. I only gave it one star because it wont let me post this without giving it something, but Id rather give it zero. I am sorry I wasted my time studying with this app. Deleting it ASAP! Disappointed.

Horrible study app

Im sorry but any person (even ones who dont go to nursing school) know that a stroke patient is not going to be able to hold a cane on their AFFECTED side. Pretty much every question is wrong. I did the first test and was horrified cause I got such a low score and going through the test realized most of my answers were right. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME
