Thanks to Passabene, you can scan your shopping directly on the shelf in any Coop supermarket in Switzerland and put it straight into your shopping bag. This means your shopping is already scanned and ready for payment at the checkout. With the passabene app, you use your smartphone rather than a hand scanner from the store. Your advantages: - Passabene is easy to use: You scan the items yourself and put them in your shopping bag. - You always have an overview: With passabene you can always see your chosen items and the total amount. - You save time: You don’t have to place your shopping on the conveyor belt. Only the completion code on your smartphone is scanned at the checkout or self-checkout. How passabene works: 1. Install the app 2. Log in with your Supercard ID or create a new Supercard ID 3. Select the store using location services or by scanning a QR code 4. Scan item 5. Super wenn es funktioniert (leider zu selten)

Die App ist grundsätzlich eine gute Idee. Leider ist es mir schon gefühlte 100x passiert, dass entweder keine Verbindung hergestellt werden kann, einzelne Artikel nicht im Warenkorb landen, oder (mein Favorit) der Einkauf an der Kasse nicht übermittelt werden kann. Leider scheint die App auch nicht wirklich gepflegt bzw. weiterentwickelt zu werden Updates sind selten und weitere Funktionalitäten gibt es keine. Das ist Beta Stadium. Wer auf Nummer sicher gehen will, sollte direkt zur Kasse gehen.

Lapp a des problèmes pour se connecter sur le réseau Passabene. Et quand lapp se connecte enfin, le wifi ne sarrête pas de se déconnecter.

Leider funktioniert das scannen des QR Codes an der Kasse seit dem letzten Update nicht mehr oder nur noch selten.

Scanning barcodes of products worked except for few products. At the classier the qr-code could not be scanned! 5 minutes embarrassed trying, no support at all by the employees, than I had to unload the whole cart and pay without passabene - better save your time and dont use this app!

Great idea that need to be improved

I truly love the idea of using my phone when I shop but there are still some issues. After using the app 3 times I have had two incidents when it froze and I had to restart and rescan all the items in my cart. Then I have not been able to use the shopping list as you have to be connected to the server to use the app which makes it useless at home where you wish to be when you write down your shopping list. Still, the idea is great and I will continue to use it. Thank you Webtwins
