The Patron Saints app seeks to put all this information right in your hands, providing you with the names and information for over 1,000 saints, including meaning and origin of the name, feast date, place of origin, an image, details on what the saint presides over, a brief biography, and much more. Special functions allow you to search by your felt need, search by a list of what there are patron saints for, and create a favorites list for easy access. A great tool for the Catholic who wants to incorporate the saints into their daily life, or for the curious non-Catholic who might want to understand how and why saints are important in the Catholic faith.
