Description
PayZONE is a mobile application intended to provide customers and Baker Hughes personnel with a unified source of Completions and Production information. PayZONE facilitates the solutions process, and helps to target needs through its ever-expanding catalogue of products and solutions from Baker Hughes’ Completions Services.
PayZONE app users will experience an interactive rich content library that includes product overviews, catalogs, case histories, videos, the Tech Facts Handbook and more. The ‘My Binders’ feature functions as a virtual filing system, where users can store and email files directly from the app. PayZONE has also replicated the ‘Tech Facts Handbook’ and ‘Technical Support Portal’ within the app interface; the ‘Technical Support Ticket’ connects users to the TSP for quick answers to their technical enquiries.
