PCRS Claims integrates with the Policy Claim and Reporting Solutions system to allow users to expedite the claim process and view detailed reporting to experience a quicker ROI. The easy-to-use screens follow the conversation between servicer and adjuster for faster processing and decision times, while the mobile app assists Service Advisors with mobile capture on the Service Drive. The ability to post pictures (VIN, Damaged Wheel, Dents, etc.) to their claims is now available at the touch of their hands by using their mobile devices, while also allowing for creation and completion of maintenance claims directly from their mobile phone or tablet.
