Pour un prix inférieur, "GoodReader" est bien plus performant. Cette appli ne trouve pas les caractères spéciaux tels que "@", et quand on cherche un mot, elle ouvre la page sans surligner le mot trouvé ... Donc, pas terrible. Copie à revoir !

Bien inférieur à Stanza... qui est gratuit (et à de nombreux autres tels que GoodReader et AirSharing). À quand un lecteur de pdf qui reprenne les signets et les vignettes créés dans Acrobat ?
Les recherches sur les gros PDF ne fonctionnent pas !
Quelle calamité. Les gros PDF plantent et les recherches ne fonctionnent jamais sur les gros fichiers. Préférez lui GoodReader qui lui lit en plus les fichiers MS OFFICE
Attention aux acheteurs francophones éventuels
Attention, la fonction dannotation de lapplication ne prend pas en charge les voyelles accentuées, ce qui la rend inutilisable dans un contexte professionnel
Bonne appli pdf mais...
Lapplication est sans doute lune des plus complètes pour la gestion des pdf. Les fonctionnalités proposées sont importantes et intuitives : annotations, bookmarks, rotations... Linterface est claire et simple par contre il faut ne pas être réticent à langlais. Je mets une étoile en moins car jai découvert un but énervant concernant la sauvegarde du document qui est le suivant : si je fais une annotation puis que je rajoute un bookmark sur la page en question, si je retourne sur Home, le logiciel ne fait pas la sauvegarde de lannotation. Si je ne crée pas le bookmark pas de soucis mon annotation est bien sauvegardée. Amis dev, à vous de corriger car pour le prix de lapplication, cela demeure légèrement énervant (jai mis un moment à le trouver ce bug). Dans tous les cas le système de sauvegarde à la volée des docs, même en mode auto-sauvegarde, ne semble pas fiable et donc urgent à stabiliser.
Intéressant
Jutilise exclusivement cette application à des fins professionnelles quotidiennement. Malheureusement elle "plante" trop souvent: elle se ferme sur un fichier en cours et le plus souvent sans sauvegarde. Je me demande à quoi sert le contrôle Apple avant mise sur le marché. Après dans les détails, les annotations en marge sont très difficiles à gérer: on peut se retrouver avec une annotation à rédiger à laveugle car positionnée derrière le clavier; la gestion des couleurs est complexe, on ne sait pas revenir à la couleur noire dorigine du texte de lannotation ni à la mire des couleurs de référence, de plus parfois cette mire est tronquée, je nai pas compris pourquoi cette mire revenait toute seule dans sa forme originelle. Jaime beaucoup ce logiciel qui ma convaincu de lachat de liPad, mais il nest vraiment pas fini! Si je devais me lasser de cette application, cest liPad que je mettrais au rancart. En espérant que les créateurs vont se remettre à travailler en commençant par lutiliser au quotidien. Cordialement
PDFReader Pro : page extraction but slow rendering
I use this app for reading newspapers (I need a zoom for this). I like to keep selected pages for future reference in separated PDFs (extraction). This app is the only one I know about that allows page extraction : good point. But rendering with zoom is too slow (grey zone while gliding) : thus for actual reading I need to open the file in another app (for instance iBooks).
