After receiving the massage that medicine will be dilevered in Evening and even the dispatch didnt receive the medicine

Only order with PharmEasy if you have atleast 4 days in hand from the time you order you medicines. I got a dispatch message and never received my medicines. I called the customer service the next days and spoke to someone called Amol. I explained him my condition and told him that it is very important to have my medicines delivered today. He said it wouldnt be possible and will have the medicines delivered tomorrow. I requested him to have my prescription back so i could go to the pharmacy and get them myself. He said that would be possible either. I requested him to transfer me to his supervisor and he refused to do so. He said the supervisor would give me the same answer. I said i would like to speak to the supervisor none the less and he absolutely wasnt ready to transfer the line. I eventually had to raise my voice and curse him before he decided to finally get this supervisor Shraddha on the line. Shraddha promised me she would call me back and make to either have my prescription back or my medicines delivered. Neither happened and not did i receive a call back. To save that extra 20% you will have to deal with a bunch or unprofessional pr have your blood pressure wrecked! Not wroth it, believe me.
