Description
Phone Evaluator helps to evaluate the functional condition of a users phone to be sold.
Heres how the process works-
1. The App is to be downloaded and installed on the same phone for which the order has been placed.
2. Post installation of the app, the agent needs to enter a six digit unique code showed in their pickup apps.
3. Further the agent needs to run the listed diagnostic tests on his phone, after granting the necessary app permissions to get started.
3. Once all listed tests are completed, an Exchange Reference Code will be generated on the apps last screen that indicates the completion of the evaluation process.
4. The pickup executive will scan the exchange code generated in their pickup app and then complete the manual flow.
5. User needs to hand-over the old phone to the pickup guy after resetting.
