Description

Phoney is a fun app to run when someone asks to borrow your phone. It looks nearly the same as the real iPhone application but instead of placing a call, gives the user a surprise. For one reason or another, the call just wont go through. Either the app refuses to dial the number or it "dials" a different number or it appears to dial the number the user entered, only to play a built-in message. Phoney can even run on an iPod Touch (2nd Generation), so you can trick friends and strangers into believing your iPod Touch can place a call. FEATURES: - Looks almost identical to the real iPhone application - Audibly asks who the user is. - Audibly refuses to place calls or tells the user a different number is being dialed. - Option to turn on/off asking who the user is. - Option to turn on/off a message box telling the user “You’re on candid smartphone.”
