Description

Photo Redact is a simple but powerful tool to remove sensitive information from photographs. You can blur or black out parts of a photo. You also can view, edit, or delete information that is stored inside your image files, such as location, timestamps, and identifying information.

You cant even change the orientation of the box nor its basic shape. Pretty much useless if you have a picture where the face isnt perfectly horizontal or you want to hide other information like text etc

This is absolutely a waste of money. Dont purchase. It slows the phone down It is not user friendly and does not do what is advertised. I didnt want to even give this 1 star, but it made me.

Der Kauf hat sich nicht gelohnt. Die Verpixelung ist nicht zu modifizieren (weder die Intensität noch sonstiges) und sieht unansehnlich aus.

Приложение в принципе неплохое, но в нем слишком мало функций для 1$. Разработчики, если вы конечно живы, пожалуйста добавьте побольше функций обработки фото.

Cant "save as." Your original is ruined. Cant control the amount of blur. Over-stamping with a second blur totally messed things up.

The interface is a bit odd with regard to how you select the area for redaction but its a compromise for a touch interface. You have to zoom the image and redact with the [mostly] fixed box size, so on long lines you have to scroll, redact, scroll, redact, etc. For small jobs and items this ok but its a p.i.t.a. for redacting long lines of text (probably a marginal use case for redacting an image). Only provides for rectangular selection and just blackout (no blur).
