You need a picasa account of some guys which has at least one public albums.(password is not required) some of the public albums are listed in: http://picasaweb.google.com/lh/explore e.g. if the picasa public url is: http://picasaweb.google.com/vweenig/*** that means the picasa account is: "vweenig" (without quote)
