Description
Simply take a photo of a web link and it will open up in your web browser.
No more QR codes needed to follow up on magazine content, posters or anywhere else you see a web link.
Unsatisfied with the current QR code situation SEMNON figured integrating with ubiquitous printed text links would be a more elegant solution. Using a sophisticated OCR text recognition engine PicLink reads out text from photos, identifies web links or email addresses and opens them up in either a web browser or email application.
PicLink is optimized for standard fonts on plain backgrounds.
Zooming in on links will increase the quality of recognition.
PicLink is patent pending.
