Welcome to Pilates 2. This is a complete original series of workout movies with voice instruction performed by Penny Valentine an accomplished Pialtes and Yoga instructor with over twenty years of experience teaching Pilates classes. This IS NOT a menu of links to publicly available YouTube videos.
Pilates 2 also contains a library of still poses that may be viewed in portrait or landscape orientations.
