The app wont open, freezes, and then crashes. The reminder alarm goes off, but I cant record that Ive taken the medicine, so its still almost useless. I have had this app for over a year, and it has worked well...until this latest update (cant give you the exact version number - I cant get to it - but its something like 12.06.01). Fix ASAP, please!

Great for meds

I needed something for casual medications and supplements (as needed type) and this app lets me just log them when I use them. There are lots of other bells and whistles I dont need, but they are nice incase I ever want to use them. Will give it 5 stars once there is a csv or json export. Currently it goes as a table in an email, so if I want to compare with say blood pressure I have to do my own parsing.

Excellent medication manager for people with multiple meds!

I started using Pill Reminder a couple years ago. I am managing an average of 18 meds at any one time, and it has saved me so much time and energy. It has also allowed me to be more accurate in the times I take my meds, since I take them about 5 times a day. I highly recommend this program.

This is a wonderful way to schedule and track your medication activity. It gives my family and I a measurable degree of confidence that Ill follow my meds regimen without any mistakes. Simply forgetting and double-dosing some drugs could be very dangerous, so I cant express how important this app is to my diabetes and neuropathy management program.

Pill Reminder is definitely a contender for the top, umm, pill reminder solution on the App Store. Its got the basic features Ive expected til now from an app in this category---keeping a list of medications and reminding you to take them on a schedule---along with features that have become more important to me, like the ability to log medications taken "as needed" and to email your meds list and dosing history to others. Its not a pretty app, but it should do everything you need. Two problems for me, though, mean Ill be looking for something else: - The Reminders (today) view doesnt show the time you took your medication, except for those taken as needed---it shows the scheduled time. This makes it difficult to get an overall sense of your days dosing events. - If youre taking meds on an "every nn hours" schedule, the app doesnt reschedule your reminders based on the time you actually took your dose. For example, if youre scheduled to take a drug at 7am and every four hours after that, taking the drug at 7:20 doesnt set the next reminder to 11:20am instead of 11am. As a result, you could be taking your medication early. These issues may not matter to you. And the app is free. Download and decide for yourself.

I have been using this app since it was released. I love it. I need to take several meds at different times of the day and I never forget now that I have this app. My doctor even loved it when I showed him. Highly recommended if you need to take daily medication. Gives you list of dosage, name and picture, time of day and reminders. Couldnt ask for more.
