Great fun!

Really enjoying this one. A different kind of take on a real-time strategy game. Capturing the buildings and upgrading them is cool and the sea battles are fun to watch. Highly recommended!

Entertaining

Worth the money. Its fun and challenging enough to keep your interest. There have been no problems so far with bug or game play. It is fairly simple and the game helps you along the way.

Extemely fun! could play for hours

one issue though, the mouse pointer disappears more and more it seems. and in the heat of a "Showdown!” this is super weak because its still there somewhere but dropping ships is crucial. Please update if at all possible.

Good Value

Lots of fun play for the price. The only thing I would add is the capability to zoom back and see the entire board at a glance, or better yet an old navigation chart.

Simplistic warfare hinders fun

Two big flaws keep this from being a fun game. First, as pointed out in another review, the mouse disappears in the heat of battle. You can stil launch ships if this was the last mouse command, but you can’t perform other important activities, such as upgrading towns and fortifications. This was very frustrating. Second, you can’t control your ships. You launch them and they decide what to attack (ships, towns, etc.). So, some ships might attack one target and other ships might head toward another when you would like to mass all of them one one target Thus, battle becomes a mindless task of launching ships as fast as resources permit and hoping that they attack the best target(s). A useful fix would allow players to click on a ship (or corral a group of them within a box) and then click on a specific target.
