...Hopefully its obvious but you arent stealing real money. Everyone starts with $1000 and then its up to you to steal the rest.
PKPKT does the hard work of finding other players by detecting them using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) in the background. You do not need a data connection. Its completely off the grid.
The point of the game is to collect the most money (duh), but once the initial theft occurs, you can chat with your opponent by sending messages over bluetooth. These messages are completely private as they are not stored on any server.
