Locate and discover 100 awesome places of the world. Like in the spy movies! Place Map is a geography game and the main goal of this game is to locate the approximately Latitude/longitude/Zoom of the place shown on the picture to the world map. The closer and faster you point the position on the world map, the greater points you will earn. Use finger swipe to move around the map. Double-tap or pinch to zoom in and out on a map. If you need help to solve it you can try the hints. Using hints will decrease your score. Love the places & the music

Incredible places. Seems that I was living in another world because this app show me a lot of new places around the globe. I cant stop using it, I enjoy discovering like a adventure! Love this app, Im the next Indy Jones!!!

This app is fantastic. Very nice selection of places to find and, although many are world famous places, it will still be challenging to locate some of them precisely. Possibly my favorite quality of this app is that it also serves as a mini Google Earth, except it loads much faster. This has become an instant favorite.

Like the title says, I apparently dont know where anything is. I was able to find the US capital and the pyramids, but that was about it. This app is great though. Put together VERY well and exicuted brilliantly! Worth well over $2. If you think you know the world and love a fun challenge, get this app.

Fun, Hard

This game is fun with great music and graphics, but amazingly hard. It would be nice to have more tips, or for it to ask places with history and not just random places. When I get stuck its kind of fun just to look around for a little while. Worth it i you like a challenge.

As a "map freak" I was very excited about this game. And the initial gameplay of locating the sites is fun and challenging. The frustration and reason for only 2 stars is the *exact* precision needed to get points for finding the place. Its not like other pinpoint games where you find the location on a static map--for this game you must zoom in/out to the EXACT level the initial picture is taken at that you are trying to find. Despite easily locating The Palms in Dubai I spent 20 minutes minutely zooming in and out trying to measure this edge of beach with this part of the screen--to no avail!! I have only got an exact match on ONE out of at least 7 locations! There has got to be a better way--drop a pin, circle it, something. By the time youve wasted minutes upon minutes repeatedly moving and zooming incrementally to exactly reproduce the initial image, youve got zilch for points!!! I hope an update comes soon cause the frustration at the end ruins the rest of what could be a very fun game!!!!
