It is the ideal tool for: - Remembering nice locations when hiking - Remembering your favorite photo locations - Finding your way back to your favorite spots Create new places based on: - Your current location (GPS) - Manual selection on a map More features: - For each place, you can store: - any number of photos - a title¹ - the nearest address¹ - a date¹ - Show the places on a map or in a list format, sorted alphabetically or by date. - Google Maps™ is used for all supported iOS versions! (iOS 6 and iOS 7) - When tapping a place on the map, you will see the latest photo for that place, together with the title, the nearest address, and the date. You will also see the GPS accuracy for that position as a circle on the map. - The app is storing internal medium resolution copies of all photos, so you will not loose them, even if the original photo is deleted from your camera roll. Share the coordinates for a place by: - E-mail including attachments of the photos - Select medium or small resolution for the photos (or skip the photos) - iMessage/text - The built-in "Maps" app (by Apple) - The Google Maps™ app (if available on the device) - The Grid Tool app by Viatact (if available on the device) Folders: - Enable folders by a switch on the info view. - Store places in folders. - Create new folders with custom names. - Filter the map and list views to only show one folder at a time. - New places are automatically stored in the same folder as was used previously. Note that address based search is not supported.
