"Player Training" will be your personal trainer wherever you are.
Unlike other applications, this one offers scientifically proven training plans according to the right Loads/Recovery ratio.
As soon as you choose a training program, "Player Training" will inform you about exercises and times of works constantly, just like a real personal trainer.
You can choose among 19 training programs divided into 4 categories: Strength, Running, Core Stability and Prevention. You can also use the Challenge Option that will give you different training sessions every day for a period of 2/3 weeks. The Challenge Option is studied for players who need to get back into good condition before the usual preparatory phase of a team or after a period of inactivity.

The renewal of each subscription is automatic. The subscription is only for Player Training.
DETAILS: The renewal of the subscription is automatic. If you want to cancel it, you have to do that at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You will be charged for each payment on the iTunes account after the confirmation of the purchase. You need to control the renewal account and the renewal cost 24 hours before the expiry date.
