Description
Keeping up the pace with PM’s “Digital India” initiative, HRMS mobile app is launched by PNB.
Through HRMS Mobile APP, one can see their leave balance and also apply for leave. IT Register and Salary Slip feature is also available. Basic Information can be seen and others can be searched through Locate an Employee menu.PF status and Holiday Home availability can also be seen.
This is a significant milestone in digitization of current HR practices and processes in the Bank and hope it will change and enhance the way employees interact with HRMS. This also seeks to improve the availability and user friendliness of the System.
