Description
Pod Point Installer is the must-have app for electricians, providing a hassle-free EV charger installation experience every time.
The app is user-friendly, reliable and secure, allowing you to carry out consistent and professional installations for your customers.
Once you have installed a domestic Solo 3S, or commercial variants such as Solo Pro or Twin v7 you can use the app to:
- Configure the charger’s settings
- Get live readings
- Connect the charger to the customer’s Wi-Fi
- Diagnose faults
- Register & commission the charger to ensure the customers warranty is activated
Plus, by configuring and registering the charger with Pod Point through the app, our customer service team will handle all customer issues remotely on your behalf.
This app should be used only to install a domestic Solo 3S and any future hardware releases. For domestic or commercial Solo 3 installations, please search Domestic Installer Guidance on pod-point.com.
Please note: Pod Point Installer is only for the use of qualified electricians in the country of installation. For further information refer to the Legal Notice in the installation guide of the product youre installing.
