So far so good. I just started using this again and so far I havent lost my work! I really enjoy this app, and I use it to study poetry, and not just my own writing. I hope (and wish) that the next step will be to display or help plan out metering. Similar to what it has done for rhyming schemes.
No Longer Works - iPad
It opens in my iPad but I cant see any of the menus. Just a blank screen saying "No poem Selected"
Lost It All
Into this App I poured out my heart It deleted my effort And ripped it apart The prose was deep True, and sincere And in just one click It all disappeared I cant speak for others Ive no names to call But as for this App I will Just de in stall!
Frustration
The app, even after you pay for it, doesnt archive your poems. Unless you plan to screen shot everything you do and copy it later, its a huge waste of time. Also, the syllable counter is wrong. This app is not worth anyones time.
Should Be Called PoeTrick!
I am very sorry, but I am extremely disappointed and surprised. I normally do not purchase "Free" apps. But I saw a YouTube video on this one and thought that it might help me in my work. I downloaded it and promptly opened up a page of nothing, nada, zilch. Yep! So where is the app? Your guess is as good, probably even better, than mine. Then I tried to go to the Developer Website. I did that through their webpage on the App Store. But my iPad was not able to connect, and I tried several times. But the page would not load. So who are these people? And its not even Halloween!
Put it back to the way it was!! Please!!
Seriously!! For the five seconds that I remember a poem or quote, I put it on Poetreat. Close the app and open it a couple minutes later, the whole thing is gone!! Maybe they should put "will delete every single important thing" in the description. Thanks, Poetreat for letting me down and aiding me in forgetting every creative word in my vocabulary
