Point by Point is the AI tennis journal for your game, mindset, and progress. It helps tennis players reflect after every match and practice, strengthen their mental game, and improve based on what success means to them.
Tennis improvement is about more than the score. Most tennis apps focus on video, stats, or lessons. But real progress also includes staying calm after mistakes, trusting your game under pressure, noticing what is improving, learning from a loss without feeling crushed, and remembering what actually worked. Point by Point gives you a simple habit after every match or practice so you can keep improving with intention.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Log your session. Capture what happened in about a minute: what worked, what broke down, how you felt mentally, and what mattered most.
2. Get AI insights. Point by Point turns your reflection into key takeaways, mental-game insights, next-practice priorities, and reminders for your next match. It remembers your recent sessions for more relevant insights over time.
3. Track your progress. See trends in confidence, emotional control, strengths, recurring breakdowns, and progress toward your personal goals.
AI insights are generated on-device by default on Apple Intelligence-capable iPhones, or via Cloud AI (Claude, opt-in in Settings) on any iPhone. All other features work on every supported iPhone. Your data stays on your device, and Cloud AI is never used unless you turn it on.
Built for the part of tennis most players struggle to train, Point by Point helps you reflect on confidence, focus, emotional control, and how you respond to pressure, including what you did well mentally, even in a loss. Because sometimes the most important improvement does not show up in the scoreline.
Whether you work with a coach or play on your own, Point by Point helps you notice, remember, and build on what your tennis is teaching you. It complements coaching, it does not replace it.
