One small problem: It doesn’t do anything.

Not quite sure if this is simply a work in progress, or it simply doesn’t do anything. Open (no window appears, but text menu shows at top of monitor; Choose File>Open; window then appears with little icons that have no apparent meaning; playing with those produces no result. Oh, and by the way, there is no help file or even a mention of this “program” on the developer’s (almost developer?) website. PROs: It is free. CONs: Absolutely no instructions or hints included, even mousing-over the icons or visiting maker’s website - not one syllable - perhaps they forgot to include that; Has no functionality of any kind, other than wasting a bit of user time. Maybe it is just a joke…?
