WHAT YOU CAN LOG
• Bristol type 1–7, with plain-language descriptions of each
• Volume, color, pain, urgency
• Free-text notes for context — food, stress, travel, whatever the cause was
• Backdate entries from the calendar tab if you forgot in the moment
WHAT THE APP TELLS YOU
• Stats scoped to today, this week, this month, this year, or all time
• Percent of logs in the "Goldilocks zone" (Bristol 3–4)
• Painful and urgent counts for the selected period
• Longest gap between movements
• Day-streak tracking against the daily goal you set
• Frequency chart that adapts to the period — hourly for today, daily for the week or month, monthly for the year and all time
• Bristol distribution chart
• Color-flag alerts when a red or black entry appears, with the date of the most recent one — worth a doctor conversation if it recurs
