Q: What if I forget the PIN?
A: For your privacy, there is no online user accounts. So it is not possible to retrieve a lost PIN.
Q: How can I reset the PIN?
A: Open the Precedent, then press "reset". You must enter your current PIN.
Q: What happens to my Precedent photos when I delete the app?
A: When you delete the app, the photos are erased.
Q: How can I transfer my Precedent photos to a new device?
A: Export the Precedent photos to your Photo Library and use iCloud Backup.
