Description
A simple and easy way to log, action, follow up and fix defective works/products. It can be used by a builder, strata company or even a property owner to streamline reporting and rectifying works. A defect is logged by an occupier through the app, which gets reported to the gate keeper through a web based portal, and can be directly routed to the owner of the defect for rectification. A rectification image is added and the issue closed.
