What We Liked: Princess Pony – Jigsaw Puzzles for Kids has well designed navigation with no links out of the app so it is easy to use for young children. The puzzles are bright, colorful, engaging and – yes – pink! We have four girls and three of them are in princess mode. Our 3, 5, and 8-year-olds all really enjoy making these puzzles, so I’m glad there is a range of puzzles with varying numbers of pieces, the ability to turn a background image on, and the option to get a hint by displaying the image briefly. This really makes this single puzzle app able to match all of their ability levels. My oldest daughter basically refused to work on puzzles in her early life because of paper-related sensory issues, and Princess Pony Puzzles is one of the first puzzles she has really connected with. I love that she can use the touch-screen to enjoy brain-building activities she otherwise shies away from, especially since puzzles have been long-valued for their development of visual perception, spatial awareness, and matching skills. These puzzles are creative as well, my 5-year-old likes to tell herself little stories about the pictures as she is making the puzzles. My 3-year-old is very proud of her accomplishments with this app. Because the puzzles are classic, piece-based puzzles instead of shape-based puzzles, she told me, “Look at me, mommy, I’m a big girl!” What We Didn’t Like: I’d prefer it if this app didn’t include fairies, but it does (in two of the puzzles). Overall: If you’re looking or a pretty, pink, princess puzzle app, look no further. Princess Pony – Jigsaw Puzzles for Kids is a solid puzzle app that will quickly captivate your pink-pony-loving daughters while helping them practice the thinking skills that puzzle-building develops.

This is a basic but very poorly implemented puzzle app. The way the pieces appear on top of the puzzle instead of beside it makes it difficult for young kids to figure out where the pieces go. Most other puzzle apps have the pieces off to one side so its easier to determine where to correctly place them. My child never wants to play this app and its turned out to be a waste of money.

My 5-years old just played to this game for 30minutes and completed more than 10 puzzles! The magnetic grid for puzzles pieces was very convenient for her. Girls love ponies and princesses!

I just purchased your princess puzzle game for my granddaughter, however just as the puzzle is about to separate the pieces, the app closes ...please

We downloaded this and it has been great fun for the little ones.

My 3 year old loves doing puzzles and also always is trying to poke around on my iPad and loves this app! It gives you a really good amount of puzzles to have fun with and the images and graphics are all good quality! Love it and a 5 star.
