ProConnect Helpdesk Mobile App is a fully functional mobile application for IT Service Management. Currently it supports the entire life cycle of Incident Management and Request Fulfillment modules. Additionally, real time dashboards and access to Knowledge Management artifacts is provided.
This mobile app has been specially designed to support IT, Technical and Maintenance Helpdesk management activities.
